Onslaught, my free upcoming GZDoom FPS, is being developed and a release date has been decided people – august 31 2019! The new version is so good, that it deserves a release and I have decided that after testing new features of the new 2.0 version it will be released.
I expect to host it on my dropbox by sometime early morning august 31. It will be a self extracting exe that extracts to a specified folder. To run the game run the unzipped ons.bat by double clicking it in the ons folder. It does not require doom to play, it is totally standalone. The file will be around 200-250 MB in size, I know that is a lot for a doom mod but the actual stuff going into it like high-res textures, voiceovers, and music take up a lot of space, so does new levels.
