Damian Ichabod is a 8th level Devil living in a Host body that has lived in several host bodies since 1810. He is the inhuman leader of the CSC cult. In his host body he is absolutely insane, and obsessed with destroying humanity… Why he wants to do this is not known. It is known that the world got a lot more horrible than it is now before the bombs hit, but it is unclear if that was the reason he Decides to Bomb cities on August 21st 2120.
His Cult, he masterminded, to take over the RCA Armies to allow them to Bomb the Cities… He had full control over armies all over the world, making his cult kind of like the Illuminati, but far more evil… Bastard doesn’t run into him till 1/3 the way through the game, where he Insults Bastard for doing missions to Stop Him.
Eventually when Bastard gets close to Damians Secret Base in the Ruins of Washington DC, he starts to get sick and threatens to eat Bastards soul and flesh… This makes this character insidiously evil…. Not much is known about him other than the fact that Damian is the Son of Satan Himself… He is the main antagonist of the game.
