The Cult of the Serpent Church, is an Ancient Death Cult, Formed in 1810, by a Devil in a Host Body known as Damian Ichabod. They have been around on and off since 1810 and even in 2120 still exist. Their goal : Total Eradication of the Human Race.
They are the Primary Villains of the Game. They throughout the years, have inserted members deep into governments to gain control over armies. It mostly didn’t work till 2069 when they slowly started to Take over the RCA army…
In 2120 they use this RCA army to Bomb Dozens of Cities, Sometimes using Nuclear Weapons. To aid in exterminating humans, they have made several inhuman monsters in Labs called Mutants, that are so Powerful, that even the ASS armies could not stop them. That means the CSC has a massive scientific complex as well..
They have lots of other tools at their disposal as well, such as cyborg warriors, Supersoldiers, Mechs, Demonic entities summoned, robots, turrets and more…
